HOW TO EXTEND VIETNAM EVISA FOR CHINA & INDIA CITIZENS

Currently, it is not possible to extend a Vietnam eVisa. If you wish to stay in Vietnam beyond your current eVisa validity, the recommended option is to exit the country and re-enter with a newly issued eVisa.

Indian and Chinese tourists who are already in Vietnam, particularly in Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang City, and would like to extend their stay can apply for a new e-Visa and perform a border run. This involves exiting Vietnam via an international land border and then re-entering using the new eVisa.
